Alga Cream
Liquid concentrated extract of the algae Norwegian Ascophyllum nodosum
Alga Cream is a specially designed organic nutritional product with a high concentration of free amino acids. It is derived from the cold treatment of the alga Norwegian Ascophyllum nodosum. This results in the presence of denatured proteins, a number of trace elements, as well as the very significant presence of plant hormones and vitamins.
With the application of Alga Cream, either via foliar application or fertigation, we supply the plant with the necessary amino acids, thus accelerating the processes of protein synthesis. In addition, due to the presence of growth factors (cytokines, ΙΑΑ, ΑΒΑ, etc.), we significantly enhance and assist every physiological plant activity.
The application of Alga Cream ensures:
- Strengthening the resistance of plants to abiotic stress.
- Improvement of the quality characteristics of the fruit.
- Activation and assistance of pesticides and water-soluble fertilisers.
- Increase of osmotic pressure of the cells combined with the regulation of water and nutrient solution absorption.
Alga Cream can be used in a wide range of cultivations (horticulture, field crops, tree crops, vineyards, etc.), either on the leaves or by means of fertigation.
General Dose:
- Fertigation: 1 kg / 1000 L irrigation water for 0.2 hectares, every 8 – 10 days.
- Foliar application: 1 – 2 kg / 1000 L of water.
