Specialised organic nutrition product with Ascophyllum nodosum algae extract in flake form
Alga Powder is an organic nutrition product with a high content of organic matter. It is derived from the cold treatment of the alga Norwegian Ascophyllum nodosum. This results in the presence of denatured proteins, as well as the very significant presence of plant hormones and vitamins.
With the application of Alga Powder either via foliar application or fertigation, we supply the plant with the necessary amino acids, thus accelerating the processes of protein synthesis. In addition, due to the presence of growth factors (cytokines, ΙΑΑ, ΑΒΑ, etc.), we significantly enhance and assist every physiological plant activity.
The application of Alga Powder ensures:
- Strengthening the resistance of plants to abiotic stress.
- Improvement of the quality characteristics of the fruit.
- Activation and assistance of pesticides and water-soluble fertilisers.
- Increase in post-harvest durability of the fruit.
General dose:
- Via fertigation: 3– 10 kg/hectare.
- Foliar application: 1,25 – 2 kg/ 200 kg water.
